I need some pretty easy to make recipes for sweets where we can sustitute whatever the alcohol is with moonshine (the legal kind you get at the ABC Store).

This is for the HDTNW food booth at the Shine to Wine Festival. For example, we are making Shine Balls. Which is basically Rum Balls with moonshine instead of rum.
