Zesty Italian Crab Salad

2 pounds imitation crab meat
10-12 roma tomatoes, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 yellow bell peppers diced
2 ribs celery, diced
2 10.5 ounce bottles Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together in large serving bowl. Allow to marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve chilled over lettuce/spinach leaves. Serves 20-24.

Does anyone have a good recipe?
I would like to find one simialar to the seafood & pasta salad they had a Ryan's Buffet. You use imitation crabmeat. Thanks for any help in advance.
