I definitely recommend the crock pot scalloped potatoes. They tasted fabulous! :D

Ok I've assembled the crock pot recipe of the scalloped potatoes. I can't wait until dinner tonight to try it!!! I didn't have a can of cream of mushroom so I used a can of cream of chicken. It still should taste good. Thanks again for the recipe!!!!! :D

CHEESE SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 lb. ham (2 c.), cut in lg. chunks

Cook butter and onion in large saucepan until onion is tender. Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese; arrange potato slices in greased 12 x8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with ham and pour sauce over all. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer

Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes and Ham


2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups diced ham
4 tablespoons margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese



Place half of the sliced potatoes in a lightly greased Crock Pot. Top with half the onions, the flour, salt and pepper. Add the remaining potatoes and onions, then sprinkle on the remaining flour. Dot the top with the margarine, then pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top. Cover and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the grated cheese on top
