They actually sell sausage balls made by Tennissee Pride? at Foodlion in the frozen section. I was sceptical, but bought a pack 3.99 for 25 or so, and they were actually good. Will definately buy this again.

Oops, I meant onion and celery!! But a little chopped green pepper would probably be a good addition, also.

1 pk of jimmy dean sausage(hot or mild)(hot has the best taste)
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 cups of bisquick
Mix well in a bowl.roll in to desired balls and bake at 350 for 15 minutes

a pound of sausage hot or mild it does not matter
shredded cheese a 3 cup pack
2 cups of flour mix all this together with a 1/2 to 1 cup of water and roll into balls and bake at 350 untill golden brown
