Sausage Cheese Balls
1 pound bulk ground sausage (mild or hot)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
3 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter

In a skillet, brown the sausage with celery and onion; drain well. Combine sausage mixture with baking mix, egg, cheese, and butter. Mix well; form into balls about 1 inch in size. Bake in a preheated 350° oven on lightly greased or sprayed baking sheets for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 36 1-inch appetizers

Give me your best recipe. I have one that I usually use, but want to try something new. TIA!
