I just made 500 of these today for a reception at our church Sunday morning.

1 lb sausage
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick
Combine above ingredients. Roll in to balls. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.

I just use 2 coffee cups full of self-rising flour, add buttermilk until it's moist enough, add in a pound of already cooked, cooled, and crumbled sausage, and a pack of shredded cheddar cheese... mix it all together and dump it into a large cast iron skillet in a 500F oven for oh about 20 minutes or something.. until a knife comes out clean.
Oh and that is for a giant awesome pan of the stuff :D I guess you could dump it out into balls if ya wanted to make it for a party.
