One pound hot sausage
3 cups Bisquick
7 OZ. sharp cheddar (more if you like)
Dash of cayene pepper if you like it hotter

Mix well. I use Kitchen Aid with dough hook. Shape into small balls. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

go to ,www.bisquick.com they have good recipes, when i make mine i mix 1/2 lb of hot saugage with 1/2 lb mild, their spicey but not hot. happy cooking , and Merry Christmas.
