SALSA


1-5 GAL BUCKET OF TOMATOES (PEELED)
2-3 BIG CHOPPED ONIONS
3-3 GREEN BELL PEPPERS
4-15 JALAPENO PEPPERS (OR MORE IF WANTED)
5-1 CUP OF VINAGAR
6-½ CUP OF BLACK PEPPER
7-½ CUP OF SALT
8-GARLIC POWER TO TASTE
9-Texas Pete to taste
10-1 bundle of chopped cilantro (chopped)


Cook for 4 hours or until thickness desired and put into jars. If
needed you can mix some cornstarch and tomato juice together for
thickener.

I am looking for a good salsa recipe. I would like to can some.
