grilled...with a lite dill sauce...
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill...whisk ingrediants together

to grill salmon....rub with butter and lemon juice then place on grill, it doesn't take long to grill either. good luck and enjoy!!!!

What is the best and easiest way to cook salmon? I am wanting something with a really good sauce on top
