Selfish person! I HAD a restaurant for 33 years, and if anyone wanted to know how I made somethng, I would even Write down the recipe for them while they were eating. Google russian tea or hot drinks and you will probably come up with what she has somewhere. Good luck!

Go by the candle store in Wilkesboro and buy some mulling spices. They are in a little carton. You add apple cider to make it. I think you can also add orange juice too. It is very good and just about like what you are talking about. I used to have a recipe for one but lost it so I bought the mulling spice thing last year. I just don't get people not sharing recipes if they don't have a restaurant. I love sharing family recipes. If someone owned a restaurant or was planning to open one I could understand it, but otherwise I think it is kind of selfish. I guess to each his own though.

I am looking for a Russian Tea recipe. NOT the kind with tang in it. Someone I work with made some for a Christmas party, which consist of two or three kinds of juices and boiling orange and/ or lemon rinds? Not sure of everything in it, because she wont share the recipe, said it had been in her family for over 50 years. If anyone knows the kind I am talking about, please post it here. I want this very much, it is soooo good!
