I really don't want alcoholic in this recipe, also which is color of Karo Syrup. Thank you.

Rum Balls
50 Vanilla wafers
1/4 Cup honey (or Karo syrup) (clear or dark one karo syrup??)

2 T. Hershey's Cocoa Powder (optional)
8 oz walnut pieces
1/4 Cup dark rum (don't want alcoholic, or is it non-alcoholic??)

Confectioner's (powdered) sugar

Grind vanilla wafers and walnut pieces in food processor. Place in large bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1 inch diameter balls. Roll in powdered sugar and store in a tightly covered container.

Thank you so much,
Doxiesmom
