Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce
1 pkg Pasta (penne or fettuccine) 1 stick of butter 1 clove of minced garlic 1 pint of heavy cream 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper
Make Pasta to your liking. In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes, then add in heavy cream and cream cheese and heat until bubbling, but do not boil. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste (you don;t need to use all of this, do to your liking). Mix the hot sauce into the noodles and serve. Just like Olive Garden.

Was told by a waiter that works there that the easiest way to duplicate is is 1 jar marinara sauce, 1 jar alfredo sauce, breaded chicken tenderloins fried, cooked penne pasta and whatever ever cheese you prefer to top with like fresh graded parmesian or romano. Hope this helps.

actually DaddyP, that is not true. It is parmesan cream sauce, chicken, marinara and Swiss cheese over Penne Pasta. there is no mozzarella cheese. I have had it and I also just looked the description up on ruby tuesday's website.
Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Large breaded, golden-brown chicken breast over penne pasta tossed in Parmesan cream sauce and topped with marinara and Swiss cheese.
that comes straight from their menu..

It is basically penne pasta with marinara sauce over the pasta and then a layer of alfredo sauce. Then add sliced parmesan breaded chicken over that. Put on some mozerella cheese and put in oven until the cheese melts. I made some one night and used a recipe for a breaded parmesan chicken and jar of marinara sauce and jarred alfredo sauce. It tasted almost exactly the same.
