I use salt and pepper and a smearing of Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce on a rack of babybacks then wrap in foil and bake in the oven on low heat (250-300) for several hours. (Put in the oven after lunch on Sat or Sun they are ready to take out by suppertime) Then I put them directly on the grill with more sauce and grill until they get that "cooked out" flavor. They nearly fall off the bone!

I made a dry rub and wrapped them in a large peice of heavy duty foil....then put them on the grill over low heat for about 2 hours...

Then took them outta the foil and placed directly on the grill and basted with sauce for about 45 min to an hour.

These were the first ribs I ever cooked.

Never been good with ribs....love them though. Do you boil them before you cook them? Mine are never as tender as they should be. An expensive cooking mistake. Ouch!
