I sprinkle with salt and pepper then put bone side down into pan and pour a little bit of sweet baby ray's honey bbq on, then wrap in foil and bake at 200 for several hours, 3-4 at least. Take out - unwrap - put on grill with lots more sauce! Meat falls off the bone!

At Applebee's and Bob Evans, we sprinkled the ribs/riblets with flavored Accent and then steamed them for 90 minutes at 200 degrees. Then, placed on hot grill and cooked for a couple of minutes on 1st side, slathered them with Masterpiece BBQ sauce (original), cooked the other side for about 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat. Then slathered again with more sauce, turned them and grilled for another 2 to 3 minutes. Be careful or they will burn after sauce is put on. Also, we did not put them over the actual burner. If we had a flare-up we just used our squirt bottle (with water only) and sprayed down the flareup.

This produced their "Louisville style" ribs. They are very good,
