Have you ever bought chicken from a grocery store and it was half frozen? I know I have.
Do you ever come home and put it in the freezer? Yes you do. You have just refroze meat.
Are you dead? No...

Freezing and refreezing will, at the very least, affect the taste of the meat.

I have some meat that I thawed out ,turns out I don't need to use it all. Can I Refreezing it without cooking it first?
