Perfect seasonings whitehawk. I put my potatoes in a deeper baking pan that's not quite as large in area so the buttery stuff doesn't run from the taters. I probably use more buttery stuff than you tho, but I guess I really shouldn't. Anyways, I bake mine on 500 degrees, so they get real brown and crispy on the outside.

Coat scrubbed, small red potatoes with a little garlic salt and some margarine. If you can eat ground pepper (I can't) sprinkle a little for flavor. The rosemary is good but so is "It's a Dilly" seasoning or Italian seasoning. Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350 and test for doneness. It really depends on how large the potatoes are. I do mine on a heavy cookie sheet that I first cover with a lining of foil for easy cleanup.

In addition, if you have access to some young or tender corn on cob cut in 2 inch slices you can butter or oil these and sprinkle with light salt and bake on same sheet. They are also great!

You can also make them pretty much like Rettmom said only drizzle with a little olive oil and cook them in the ziploc cooking bags. It only takes a few minutes. Sometimes I add a clove of garlic or some onions to them also. The rosemary gives them a wonderful flavor.
