1-1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/2 C green pepper, diced
1 can tomato paste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
5 cloves garlic, minced
ketchup
saltine crackers about 15, (may also use bread crumbs or stuffing.)
2 eggs

in bowl add all ingredients except ketchup and mix together until well blended. Place in casserole dish. (If you make a trench around the loaf, grease will drain away) cover with ketchup and additional black pepper. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.

Mini Meatloafs
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 8oz cans tomato sauce (i use hunt's)
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
cooking spray

MIX together beef, egg, bread crumbs, and 1 can of tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Form meat mixture into 6 mini loaves, place on pan.
IN small bowl blend last can of tomato sauce and brown sugar together and pour over tops of loaves.
BAKE in preheated 375*F oven for 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Meat Loaf
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Mix all the ingredients together; place the mixture in a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm when pressed in the center.

Mix together:
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups stove top stuffing mix
1 slightly beaten egg
salt and pepper

Let mixture set until stuffing mix softens. Add 2 pounds ground chuck and mix well. Shapen into a loaf in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Put ketchup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

This is the recipe my grandma always uses and everyone always likes it.
Mix all of this together and press it into an 8x8 glass baking dish cook for 45 minutes on 375 degrees. This recipe makes a good juicy meatloaf. I have eaten other peoples meatloaf and it always was too dry and didnt have a good taste so this is my fav lol.
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion chopped(or however much you want)
diced green pepper(how ever much you want)
1 egg
1/2 sleeve saltine crackers
a dash or 2 or worchistire sauce
a can of tomato sauce a
little bit of salt and pepper
and put ketchup on top

1 lb ground chuck or beef
1 can spanish rice
1pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 egg beaten
2 slices white bread crumbled up into pieces

mix well form into loaf, add ketchup to top or bbq sauce whichever you prefer. bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until brown outside

This will make a biggun!
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1 3/4 lb ground chuck
1 pkg meatloaf seasoning
1 can sloppy jo sauce
black pepper
worchestershire sauce
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
2 eggs
enough quick oats to make it hold together well but not so much you make it crumbly(sorry I don't measure the quick oats)
mix well and add more oats if you need to
spray 9x12 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and press the meatloaf mixture into pan evenly
spread a can of tomato soup over top
bake about 90 minutes

little bit of ground beef
little bit of ground sausage
box of Stove top stuffing mix
maybe some extra onion
couple of eggs
salt and pepper to taste
little big of bbq sauce to your liking
form into loaf, cover with a little mustard, bbq sauce, and strips of bacon, and some onion rings, bake @ 350-375 for 40-50 minutes...waalaa!!!!
