Crazymommy,
When I can buy beef bones at the supermarket or meat store
I make 2 to 5 gallons of beef broth and freeze it.
I do chicken the same way just use 1 large hen and save the meat for salad .
Just put in pint and quart freezer containers and freeze then use as needed.

thanks sooo much bushman!! I will be trying these very soon! And an extra thanks for the fajita seasoning (those always have MSG in them too). Oh, by the way, just a little fyi... most bouillon (chicken and beef) also contains MSG. Just thought I'd let you know as I noticed that one of your recipes called for beef bouillon. If you have found bouillon that does not contain msg then please let me know where you purchased it so that i can get some too. Thanks again for the wonderful recipes!!

Thanks Bushman! I prefer to make my own due to the excess sodium (as well as MSG) in the prepared packets.

I need an MSG free taco seasoning or a way to recreate taco flavor without using the packet that you buy at the grocery store. MSG gives me migraines and I can't seem to find a taco seasoning that does not have this chemical in it.
