if you can't find the whole pepper this time of year than you can use the habanero sauce sold at the grocery stores in the mexican section, they have the red sauce..and the green..

2 cups mashed potatoes,1/2 cup chopped sweet onions,1 chopped habanero pepper,(seeded & deveined),1/2 cup self rising flour,2 eggs (beaten)=Mix all ingredients together(should be the consistency of pancake batter) if to thin add more flour; if to thick add a little milk.Fry w/vegetable oil in skillet until golden brown flip brown on other side....Top with eggs (scrambled or over easy),crispy fried bacon(crumbled).diced tomatoes (optional) shredded cheddar cheese or mexican cheese....Eat and enjoy! "might need milk for the burn"
