Par-boil that rabbit , quarter , roll in breading , fry it lightly , find you a recipe for BRUNSWICK STEW , and use the rabbit for whatever meat its calling for . Guarantee you'll like it !!

Boil the rabbit till tender, pull meat from bone and brown in pan, make gravy out of the broth and eat till you cant eat no more

I soak them in salt water overnight and parboil until tender. Then roll in flour and brown in pan. If you don't parboil you won't like the results.

My Mom rolled squirrel in flour and dried it like chicken and made gravy with the drippings. The very best gravy with a hot biscuit I ever et..

yes, par boiling is good...I par boil in milk....bring it up to a boil gradually...so as not to scorch the milk.... put in the rabbit...let it come back to a slow rolling boil...

A while since I have cooked one, but I parboiled (wild) rabbits and then stewed them just like chicken...up to, and including dumplings! Good then but no one here will try any wild game so --- what's the use anymore.

Nothing better than rabbit
roll those criters in flower, brown in skillet and make gravey like Goddess said, hot biscuites.

fry like you do chicken...makes some rabbit gravy with the drippings...then smother them fellas in gravy!!! and simmer for about 30 minutes....good stuff!!!!
