I once had a pumpkin dip at a party I went to. They used fresh ginger snaps to dip into the pumpkin dip. They were delicious with Russian Tea. I have thought about them for years now and need a recipe. Any one have a recipe for the pumpkin dip or ginger snaps? It is really good this time of year.
