I made my 1st Smithfield Peppercorn & Garlic Pork Loin yesterday. It was a big hit. My husband stopped by the store to get another one for dinner tonight. The Peppercorn is very very strong. Unless you love a strong peppercorn flavor, you should soak it in water for a little while before cooking. I tried that w/ the one in the oven now; so, we will see.

This is the only one I have tried; but, we really liked it.

If you have no sodium restrictions in your diet they are good.Most are marinated in a salt rich liquid.

The meatloaf that is already cooked is very good.

I am always seeing these pre-marinated meats and meals at the grocery store. Has anyone tried any and have a recommendation on what would be good to try?
