When I cooked with gas I had Club Aluminum which I loved, but I don't think they make it anymore. Now I have electric and all stainless/copper. However, I just procured a Calphalon ceramic non-stick frying pan and I love it.....cook and browns very well and nothing sticks. Every teflon pan I've had eventually the coating deteriorated.

I am currently looking to purchase new cookware.
I have a gas stove. I would classify myself as above average cook.
Being born and raised chained to a stove....I should have gone to culinary school.
What do you use, and price is not an issue
