These recipes came in today from Cooks.com. The microwave potato chips look especially good and the 204 reviews of them is very positive. Lots of other good potato recipes, including microwave potato wedges, etc. Give it a look.

One of my favorites is to half the potatoes or leave whole if they are small and boil until done. Heat butter in an iron skillet (get the pan hot) and dump in the potatoes. salt and pepper and brown. Especially good with lettuce and onions in the spring.

I have a way.It is called pizza potatoes all you need is a box of hungary jack three cheesses pour liquid stuff that the box calls for in a pan until it comes to a boil.Then put your potatoes in a baking dish and pour your milk and stuff in with the potatoes.Bake for about 25mins or until the potatoes is done.While they are baking get apound of hambuger and fry it drain it get acan of pizza sauce when the hamburger is done put the pizza sauce in with the hambuger.When you potatoes is done spoon the meat mix in with the potatoes get mozzerlla cheese 2 cups and put on top of the meat and potatoe mix put it back in the oven adn bake until cheesse is melted.IT IS REALLY GOOD AND MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES IT

I like mine roasted with olive oil, black pepper, and rosemary.

Mashed garlic potatoes, baked potatoes, twice baked potatoes, chili fries, potato puffs, scalloped potatoes, potato soup, etc.

One of my favorites is to quarter or eighth potatoes (well scrubbed), depending on size, sprinkle with ranch dressing powder or Lipton Onion Soup mix, daubs of butter, and roast them (covered) in the oven for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees. Check them and then add some black pepper and some Hungarian paprika if you eat it. Return to oven for further browning if not brown enough for you. Very tasty.
