found the recipe but it's for smashed potatoes lol, but i use what i have left over to make potato salad :D

i used to have a recipe that called for cream cheese, it was so delicious but i can't find it any longer :( i got it from food network, i think it was one of Rachel Ray's

My family and friends love my potato salad i think its because i use bread and butter pickles diced up and add a little of the juice and just a tad of garlic along with the basics and i never use mustard. :)

4med potatoes boiled & DICED
6 EGGS boiled & diced
1 small onion diced
1/4 sm. bell pepper diced
1/4 cup celery diced
2 sm. dill pickles cut in cubes
1 1/2 cup. sweet pickles{ or bread & butter pickles} cubed
salt & pepper { to taste }
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 cup mayo.

combine all ingred. sprinkle top w/ paprika

Food Lion sells very good potato salad. It's made by Blue Ridge Farms. Wal-mart's is also very good.

Reeser's potato salad at Wal-Mart...add some eggs and it is almost as good as my mother's. :D

Sorry to sound flip but my suggestion would be to go to Lowes grocery store and grab a pound of their baked potato salad. I've not had anything homemade I like as well!
