Our household favorite--
Once I defrost my chops I get a large mixing bowl and put a little bit of oil in the bottom. I put down a layer of chops add a little oil salt pepper and the origional ms. dash, i continue to add this as i layer in the chops. Then we grill them till the pink is gone...MMMMmmmmMMMM! VERY TASTY && healthy! =]

If you ever grill your pork chops, use this recipe. The night before you are going to grill, take your chops and put a heavy layer of meat tenderizer with seasoning salt on each side. When you get up in the morning pour a bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing on it. Let it set in the refridgerator until you are ready to grill for lunch.
If you are going to do steaks, follow this same recipe but use beer instead of Italian salad dressing (the alcohol cooks out).

Here's a great way to cook pork chops...makes a nice gravy that pairs well with rice.
Brown your pork chops with some pepper and maybe 1/4 cup of chopped onions. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and 2/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer until the gravy thickens. Turn the pork chops once or twice and stir every so often. Sounds too easy...but it's delicious!

BALSAMIC HONEY GLAZED PORK CHOPS | |
2 pork loin chops olive oil salt and pepper 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying pan. Heat oil on medium high heat. Crush the cloves of garlic and rub on pork chops both sides, add salt and pepper to taste. Add pork chops to the heated oil. Brown pork chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side). Once browned, reduce heat to medium low. Add the balsamic vinaigrette and honey to the frying pan. Coat the pork chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 min. * If you really enjoy the flavour of balsamic vinaigrette, marinate the pork chops in it for 2 hours prior to cooking, and cover your pan when simmering

Put them in a foil lined baking pan. Mix up equal parts of ketchup and coke then pour this mixture over them. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the top and bake in 375 until done.

I childhood favorite of mine is "Spanish Pork Chops".
Brown pork chops on a skillet.
Add Stewed Tomatoes, Chopped Onions and Green Olives (although I prefer it without the Olives). Simmer covered for ten minutes or so.
Quick, easy, healthy and tasty.

Put them in a large frying pan with a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce, a stick of butter, and about 1/3 - 1/2 cup brown sugar. Let them cook slowly until they are done. These are so good your tongue will slap your brains out!!!

have a crock pot? Mix some flour and Montreal Steak seasonings flour the chops and sear them on both sides in a hot iron pan, then throw them in the crockpot with a packet of country gravy mix and cook for a couple of hours.
Good eatin with some mashed taters and some green veggies like green beans, snow peas , or brussell sprouts. Add some sweet corn bread and my son will eat til he pops.
I have a pork tenderloin thawing out to do the same thing too....
Or you can just use some Teriyaki and Soy sauce and wrap them in foil and bake in the oven.
