Gitrdone~~ I went and copied the recipe you were talking about ,here it is with the sauce.


Pork Souvlaki
1 1/2 lbs boneless pork loinor pork tenderloins
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup tzatziki sauce (make your own - recipe below)
6 greek stylepita breads
Directions
1Trim and cut pork into 1 inch cubes.
2In large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
3Add pork and stir to coat.
4Marinate for 10 minutes (make ahead: cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours).
5evenly thread pork onto six 8 inch skewers; place on foil lined baking sheet.
6Brush with marinade.
7Broil 6 inches away from heat, turning halfway through, until just a hint of pink remains inside, about 12 minutes.
8Spread tzatziki over each pita.
9Remove pork from skewers and place on pitas; fold over.
Tzatziki Sauce
2 cups plain yogurt
2 large cucumbers
salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
fresh ground pepper
Directions
1Line a sieve with a damp cheesecloth and place over a large bowl.
2Dump the yogurt into the sieve, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to drain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3Peel the cucumbers.
4Cut them in half lengthwise.
5Using a teaspoon, scrape out and discard the seeds.
6Grate the cucumbers into a colander, using the large holes on a four-sided grater.
7Salt the ***cumbers and allow them to drain for 1/2 hour.
8Place the garlic, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl and marinate while the cucumbers are draining.
9Squeeze the drained cucumbers as dry as possible and blot on paper towels.
10Place in the bowl with the marinated garlic.
11Add the drained yougurt and stir.
12Add a few grindings of fresh pepper and salt if necessary.
13Serve with toasted pita bread triangles
