I used a Loin, but you can use a Pork Shoulder or Boston Butt

Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking dish with foil
Place meat in dish
Generously or to taste sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt
Place butter or margarine pats all over top.6-8 pats
Cover with foil and cook 1-1 1/2 hrs.depending on size of meat.

Then MMMM MMM MMMMMM ENJOY.
It will fall apart........so good!!!


I made this with corn on the cob, ranch pasta salad and scalloped potatos.
