Tenderize your pork chops.
Coat the chops in flour.
Beat eggs. Dip the floured pork chops in the eggs.
Coat the floured, egged chops in plain bread crumbs.
Fry in a pan in extra virgin olive oil.
I like to eat them with lemon juice sprinkled on top. It's also really good if you pour the remainder of the eggs in the bottom of a pan and cook them flat in olive oil. ALSO good with sliced, fried (in olive oil) potatoes.

Coca Cola Pork Chops
Spread pork chops in a baking pan. I like the boneless center cut ones. Mix equal amounts of ketchup and coke. Pour mixture over pork chops. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 375 until done!

Fry pork chops in oil on both sides until brown. Coat in mixture of parmesean cheese and garlic powder. Place in a large baking pan @ 375` for about 30 minutes.
I would add a little parsley flakes to this also. It smells so wonderful while it's baking.
