fry pan with bacon grease salt and pepper or something new I just found is adobo seasoning pan fried with tapatio hot sauce even my nine year old daughter liked it,with rice and pintos on the side

One of the best pork chop recipes I've tried is sooo easy! I take thin pork chops, put in a frying pan with just a tiny bit of water at the bottom to steam. Layer a thin slice of potato and a thin slice of onion on top of the pork chop, cover, cook over medium heat until potato's and onion are cooked (soft)...it comes out a little pale looking but is delicious!!
Or...my mom used to bread them and fry them, hubby likes them baked in the oven smothered in BBQ sauce.

marinate your pork chops in, jack daniels , blueberry syrup, honey, brown sugar and bbq sauce for one night then fry them in it the next day
use very little jack daniels and a lot of the sweet stuff I promise it is good.
if you dont like blueberries you can use a different flavor syrup such as, pineapple, strawberry, cherry or whatever you like! it is very good my fiance and I have a tight budget and we eat pork chops alot and this mix always turns out good!

I normally grill pork chops but this latest cold snap has me acting like a wimp. I would appreciate any new ideas that don't involve being outside!
