Coca-Cola Pork Chops I use boneless chops but bone in works well too. Place chops in a shallow baking pan.(I like to sprinkle with some fresh ground black pepper) Mix one cup of Coke with one cup of ketchup and pour over the chops. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top and bake until done in a 350 oven. 4-6 boneless take 30-45 minutes. I found this years ago in an old "Mayberry RFD" cook book.

You can either bake this or make it in a large skillet...I prefer the skillet method.
Brown 4-5 pork chops with a little oil and some chopped onions. Add a touch of salt and some pepper.
Combine 1/3 c water with 2/3 cup milk with a can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over the pork chops.
Cover and Bake at 325 until done (depends on how much meat you have).
Or cover your skillet and allow to simmer, stirring the gravy and turning the chops once or twice. The gravy will thicken as it cooks and it is delicious...I serve it over rice. Just be careful not to over cook the pork chops.
