Pork and Cabbage Soup ................

Pork and Cabbage Soup
4 large bone in pork chops or a pork roast sliced
2 stalks celery,sliced thick
3 carrots sliced
1/2 head cabbage sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
1 tbs sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pepper flakes
1 quart chicken broth or 3 bullion cubes + water
1 quart of water
1 Tbs BBq sauce ( I like Hoisin orential BBQ sauce)
Slice pork 1/2 inck thick.
Slice all vegetables.
Add all to soup pot and cook on medium for 2 hours stirring
2 or 3 times.
After 2 hours check pork for tenderness if tender add
sea salt and black pepper to taste.
If pork needs more time cook 30 more minutes .
Remove bones and serve .
