2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese. room temp
1 pkg (lipton veggie soup mix)
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
mix together and then roll in crushed pecans
I do not drain the pineapple and do not roll into ball, I just leave it in the bowl and eat as DIP

the one from downtheroad that has the unseemingly awful ingredient...worchestire sauce...is the one I make. for some reason...the sauce does make a big difference when i left it out one time out of "ugh" and "i ain't got any." it is delicious

and then grimey eats crow because recipe showed up after the pineapple cheese this time.
ps...medium rare, marinated in a nice chicago style marinade with a small salad with a balsam vinegarette dressing on the side. that is my favorite way to eat crow.

Pineapple Cheese Ball 2- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese¼ cp. finely chopped green pepper2 tbsp. finely chopped onion1 small can (like tuna can size) pineapple, drain, chop into small pieces1 tbsp. Seasoning salt1 ½ c. chopped nuts (pecan or walnut go well)¾ c. finely shredded cheddar cheese (sharp, med, mild your choice)¼ c. pimentos drainedMix all ingredients EXCEPT NUTS. Roll into ball(s) shape, then cover ball with the chopped nuts. Refrigerate.

Pineapple Cheese Ball
10 oz grated Sharp Cheese
2-8oz Cream Cheese
1 15 oz can of Crushed Pineapple (drain well) pat dry with paper towel
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
Cream cheeses and add other ingredients. Chill; divide and make two balls.. Roll in 2/3 cup chopped nuts.
Sometimes I just put it in a bowl and serve it that way.
