I have no idea about that... I just heard it was a Weight Watchers recipe. Sorry. But it is a wonderful light dessert.

If this is a Weight Watchers recipe, what size is the serving and how many points is it?

I have made this before, and you do just as bcrocker said.
Put cake mix in mixing bowl with pineapple and mix.
Do not go by directions on box.
In fact, I made this last Saturday night for my family.
So easy and good!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked someone at work about this and they said to make the cake as stated on the box. Then someone else said you just add the pineapple to the cake mix itself and bake it. Which of these shoudl I do.

I have heard that this is a Weight Watchers recipe. I had already bought the ingredients and decided to make it for Father's Day and when I heard that, I thought that's just an added bonus!

1 box of angel food cake mix
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple

Mix above together at low speed for 3 minutes.
Scrape sides of bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour in an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Bake @ 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Top should be brown.
Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
This is so easy and very good. :P
