I hear ya scrawlspace! BYW, there's a little store on Main St. down in Kernersville called Musten & Crutchfields that makes THE BEST pimento cheese! They used to deliver it to Lowe's Foods and sold it in the Deli. Oh Lord, now I've made myself hungry and will have to have a grilled p.c. for breakfast!

Foothills sells excellent meat, produce, and other items. A good place to buy meat. They also sell Foothill ham and cheese.

Do they sell it anywhere else? I have family that lives away from here and they always make runs to Foothills to get livermush. They think it is the best as well. Thanks for the info.

You're right about the livermush at Foothills...it's made in Mooresville, actually, but they sell it at Foothills.

Combs has good pimento cheese. Across the river in Arlington, Foothills Meat Mkt. has the BEST homemade livermush I have ever tasted! My family can't stomach Neece's anymore. Fried crisp with a homegrown tomato on Merita bread with Duke's mayo....omg! Honey HUSH!
