Pimento Cheese
16 oz. Velveeta cheese or 8 oz Velvetta and 8oz crumbled Sharp Chedder
2 oz. jar pimentos
1/4 tsp. sugar
Mayonnaise
Few drops vinegar
Grate the cheese and add pimentos; mix well.
Add sugar and enough mayonnaise to make it smooth and creamy.
Put in container and keep refrigerated.
