Pig Ears
4 pig ears
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 onion (medium)
bay leaves (several)
Wash the pig ears and place in pot. Add salt and
pepper, onion and bay leaves. Boil until tender and the water
is boiled down low. Very good and crunchy.
