It sounds like a good recipe, I've never heard of one so "gourmet" for pickled eggs. It brings back memories of my mother making them when I was a little girl. Thanks! :)

I copied this from the Community Voice, just for the sake of reference.

Yellow Eggs
12 eggs boiled and peeled
1 onion sliced thin
2 cloves garlic sliced
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1tps black pepper
1 tps mustard seed
11/2 cup vinegar
2 tps salt ...sea salt is best
Mix all together ,bring to boil pour eggs ,Forget about them for 1 week then open and enjoy .refrigerate eggs
