I have a friend who loves pickled eggs, and she would save the juice from Penrose Sausages and use it to pickle them. She swore by this method, so just thought I would pass it along.

Thanks Bushman, but of course I still have a question! :) White vinegar or cider vinegar? Or does it matter?

Thanks! Jan:)

I need to know how to make pickled eggs. I want to make enough to fill a gallon jar. I have a 1/2 quart of really good beet juice to use. I'm thinking you need to add some vinegar? I've never pickled eggs before, so I would appreciate some good advice. Thanks in advance! Jan:)
