Pepperoni Puffs

1 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. milk
1 C. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1-1/2 C. pepperoni, diced

Combine first 5 ingredients until well mixed. Stir in pepperoni; set aside for 15 minutes. Grease mini muffin cups; fill 3/4 full w/mixture. Bake @ 250` for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!!
