okay bush, now you are talking my kind of recipe...fits on the back of a post it and sounds full of flavor.

wow this sounds good bushman, i am definitely saving this recipe. we have a local bagel company here who hand makes thier bagels and they have what they call a pepperoni bagel, talk about goood, add some mozarella cheese and a bit of pizza sauce, yummy

Pepperoni Bread
1 can Pillsbury hot loaf white bread
1 1/2 cups chopped pepperoni
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
some softened butter
Unroll refrigerated bread, Press slashes to seal.
Spread with butter.
Cover dough with the pepperoni, then cheese.
Reroll dough, seal the ends and seams.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet,
seam down at 375º for 25 minutes.
