Peanut Butter Pie

I have gotten a lot of compliments with the Peanut Butter Pie recipe below:

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE (LITE), SOFTENED

8 OZ. COOL WHIP (LITE)

1/2 CUP SUGAR

3 DOUBLE PACKS OF REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

1/3 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND PEANUT BUTTER AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD IN COOL WHIP AND BLEND WELL. CHOP PEANUT BUTTER CUPS INTO SMALL PIECES AND STIR WELL INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. (BE SURE TO RESERVE SOME TO SPRINKLE ON TOP OF PIE). POUR INTO CRUST. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 8 HOURS BEFORE SERVING OR PUT IN FREEZER.

**SUGGESTIONS: FREEZE THE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS BEFORE CHOPPING. IT MAKES THEM EASIER TO CHOP AND LESS MESSY.

FREEZE THE PIE AND THEN TAKE IT OUT ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.

I am just guessing but I assume that one of the sugars goes into the crust and the other goes into the actual filling. You can find unsalted butter beside of the real butter. It comes in sticks of four. Just read the labels to make sure you get the right one. Any major supermarket should have it. It would probably taste the same to use margarine or salted butter though, don't hold me to that because I could be way wrong.
