No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
3-4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oatmeal, and vanilla
in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a
saucepan; bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal mixture;

2 Ingredient Fudge
1 bag chips (your choice)
1 can cake frosting (your choice)
Place chips in a micro waveable dish, spread
the chips over the bottom of the dish and
cook for 90 seconds. Then put the whole can
of frosting on top of the chips in the dish and
cook that for 90 seconds. The frosting will be
melted. Now stir it real well to mix and pour
into a foil lined 8X8 inch pan. Butter the foil.
Place in refrigerator to firm, then cut into pieces,
and enjoy.
This recipe is foolproof....

Peanut Butter Delights
2 Cups sugar

Boil the above for 2-3 minutes, depending on humidity

Add:
1/2 Cup Jif Peanut Butter (I like Jif the best, use your favorite)
2 Cups Instant Oatmeal
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Mix together until completely mixed. Let sit for about 3-4 minutes.
Spoon onto wax paper. If you choose to make chocolate cookies, just add 2 Tbsp. Cocoa to the mixture you boil.
Bugle Candy

a bag of orignal bugles
smooth peanut butter
almond bark or a bag of chocolate chips

Put the peanut butter in a zip lock bag, push down to the corner, cit a
very small bit off the corner, and pipe some into each bugle. Then melt
the bark or chips and dip each bugle in, leaving the part you are
holding clean. Lay on wax paper to let the chocolate harden. Store in
the refrigerator. Put in a pretty dish to serve. Make a bunch, they go
like hot cakes!

Does anyone have the recipe for the peanut butter delights or dandys they use to make at Millers Creek Elementary School in the cafeteria? My daughter use to love them and wants me to make her some.
