Peach Cobbler

This is my recipe feel free to try it it's awesome....I just made this one last night.... you can also use canned peaches if you want just omit simple syrup.

1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup of milk
5 peaches peeled and sliced

simple syrup:
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water

topping:
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 Tbl of sugar

375 degrees
1. Melt butter in a 9x13 dish in the oven while mixing batter. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, and baking powder in bowl then add milk and mix well.
2. In a small saucepan make simple syrup with sugar and water over medium heat stir until sugar is dissolved then let boil for a min take off and set aside.
3. Peel and slice peaches.
4. arrange peaches over melted butter then pour simple syrup over peaches.
5. Drizzle batter over peaches
6. combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the batter and Peaches.
7. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown.

Optional:
confectioner's glaze for extra yummyness
2 cups of confectioners sugar
3 Tbl of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
mix all together until you have a smooth texture and drizzle with a spoon over hot peach cobbler or anything you want! It gives a little extra to everything sweet!

It's better in a cast iron skillet...the edges get buttery and crispy.

Yes I can, here is a very simple recipe for a peach cobbler.

1 stick margarine, melted

1 cup sugar

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup milk

1 quart peaches, sliced

Combine margaine, sugar, four and milk: into casserole. Add peaches: don't stir. Bake at 350 degree until golden brown on top.

I got a load of fresh peaches , apples , pears ,blueberries this year. Dicided to try making a peach cobbler and some of those fried pies but not sure of how can anyone help p lease. Thank you
