In a small saucepan make simple syrup with sugar and water over medium heat stir until sugar is dissolved then let boil for a min take off and set aside. 3. Peel and slice peaches. 4. arrange peaches over melted butter then pour simple syrup over peaches. 5. Drizzle batter over peaches 6. combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the batter and Peaches. 7. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
Optional: confectioner's glaze for extra yummyness 2 cups of confectioners sugar 3 Tbl of milk 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract mix all together until you have a smooth texture and drizzle with a spoon over hot peach cobbler or anything you want! It gives a little extra to everything sweet!

It's better in a cast iron skillet...the edges get buttery and crispy.
