Diced green & red peppers, red onion, carrots, yellow squash.
Next small pieces of broccoli, drained red pimentoes and black olives.
Boil the tri color rotini, drain. I then dash some Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Next I mix some fat free Italian dressing with a small amount of Ranch and Casear dressing. Top it off with grated (not the powdery kind) parmesian cheese.

Say Cheese, YES....raw squash and zucchini are good in pasta. I also chop them and put in a salad. Very good, try it!

I make one with Chicken, penne pasta, tomato, cukes, green onion, salt and pepper, and a whole bottle of Caesar dressing. I top it with Parmesan cheese. And serve with garlic bread. It makes a huge salad and everyone loves it.

Sometimes I make it a lot like yours and sometimes a lot like potato salad with salt, pepper, chopped boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, pickle relish, onions, but also with celery salt which I don't put in the potato salad.

What does everyone put in their pasta salad? I've been using cukes, tomatoes, onions, green pepper and Lite Italian Dressing. What else would spice it up?
