heck, i read on here that you can even freeze mashed taters before you add the milk and butter to them and i think thats an excellent idea!!!!

Yes! Place each package in a ziplock freezer bag while still in original package. They are all frozen when they come into the warehouses and major markets. In fact, most things are, i.e., blocks of cheese, etc.

I buy food quite often in bulk or on sale and yes you can freeze OM hotdogs.
