Look for "Tastes of Home" magazines for some recipes that turn out perfect every time. You can also browse http://allrecipes.com for something fast and easy.

I buy their annual recipe books for reference material. "Quick Cooking" is my favorite and the name was recently changed to "Simple and Delicious."

Does anyone or has anyone done the once a month cooking thing? There is 6 of us and there is always something going on making certain days hectic. I'd like to cook some meals on the weekends, freeze them and always have something fast and easy but nutritious.

Any ideas, comments, etc.?
