This works great....I tried it !!
If you have a large mob for breakfast, you cn ado this and no one has to wait for their special omelet.
Give everyone a ziploc bag and a felt marker so they can put their name or initials on it.
Break two eggs into the ziploc and they can put whatever ingrediments in there that they want.
Chopped onions, crumbled fried sausage, shredded cheese, whatever.!
Close the bag, shake heck out of it and drop it into water at a hard, rolling boil for 13 minutes.....when you open the bag, the omelet rolls out easy as you please.
I like mine rolled up in a Gordo tortilla.
