If you do a search or just scroll through, I know the recipe for the salad itself and dressing are already on the forum. It tastes exactly like it!! Don't know about the breadsticks though.

Olive Garden's Dressing
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbls. beaten egg (see Notes, below)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup corn syrup
3 Tbls. grated Romano cheese
2 Tbls. dry, unflavored pectin (see Notes, below)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Pour the vinegar, lemon juice, and egg into a blender;
blend for 10 seconds, then allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving, the longer the better.
Notes: Mixing the raw egg with vinegar and lemon juice will kill any Salmonella present.
You can also buy pasteurized eggs at many supermarkets.
Pectin can be found in most supermarkets near the Jell-O or with the Mason jars.
"Olive Garden" Salad and Dressing
This salad with it's dressing is wonderfully authentic in taste to the salad served at the "Olive Garden" restaurants. The dressing recipe makes enough dressing to cover a large bowl of salad. I only use two thirds of the dressing, but use more according to your taste. I like to use homemade extra large croutons in this recipe.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Romano cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
1 bag American blend Dole salad
4 sliced rings Purple onion (halved)
8 jumbo Black olives (pitted)
6 Banana peppers (pepperoncini)
1/2 cup Croutons
2 Roma tomatoes (quartered)
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Pepper corns (freshly ground)
Mix the first eleven ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
If this is a little to tart for your own personal taste, add 1 Tablespoon of sugar.
For the salad:
Pour 1/2 package of the salad blend into a large salad bowl. Top with 1/2 of the onion, olives, banana peppers, croutons and tomatoes. Add dressing to taste and toss well. Add the other 1/2 bag of salad and more dressing to taste. Toss well. Top the salad with the remaining onion, olives, banana peppers, croutons and tomatoes. Pass the grated parmesan cheese and black pepper mill at the table.
